We leave from Parma for Maranello, where the Ferrari car manufacturer is based. A visit to the Ferrari museum is therefore planned, which lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. Afterwards, for those who wish, it is possible to take a test drive on the reds of Maranello, with the possibility of choosing the model of car to try. After Maranello, the gastronomic tour continues to the vinegar factory, which is about ten minutes away by car, where you produces the original traditional balsamic vinegar of the Consortium of Modena. The visit begins outside the building where the work done on the freshly harvested grapes and the must is explained. The tour then continues in the cellars and attics where the barrels are made of many different woods that give aroma and flavor to the balsamic vinegar, where it will be possible to taste different types of vinegar of different ages, from 20 to 100 years. The gastronomic tour ends with a tasting of balsamic vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied by Lambrusco di Modena. Return to Parma.
